Associate Member Benefits Associate Members include manufacturers, support services and other business entities not otherwise qualified for a provider membership. These members are those who work with provider companies in the home medical equipment industry. The marketing and conference benefits of an Associate Membership are listed below. Associate Members are eligible for exclusive marketing and conference benefits that vary according to their membership level.
Platinum Membership Annual Dues: $5,000 |

Gold Membership Annual Dues: $3,000 |

Silver Membership Annual Dues: $2,000 |
Membership Renewal Policy Please note that if you have been an Associate Member at any time within the past three years, your membership is classified as a "Renewal." As such, you are not eligible to join as a new member or receive any introductory discounts. Instead, you are required to settle your outstanding invoice regardless of the time of year.
