The Legislative Committee monitors and reports on proposed and existing legislation, policies, and regulations affecting the home medical equipment industry at the state and federal levels.

Committee Chair - Open
The Membership Committee is focused on recruitment, retention and advancement of the association, reviewing and updating current benefits as well as researching new ideas.

EVENTS COMMITTEE

The Events Committee focuses on member education, planning both in-person and virtual programs and conferences as needed.
Meetings (Virtual): As needed.
NEW MEDICARE COMMITTEE
The Medicare Committee fields questions and concerns from association members, reports those concerns to the two TexMEP appointed Medicare Jurisdiction C ccouncil representatives, holds discussions and panels, and relays information back to members about pending changes to the Medicare program.
Meetings (Virtual): Every other month, on the 4th Monday at 3:00 (CST) unless otherwise announced.
